Before you start using Bright Park, we will ensure everything matches from Prophet and that the two systems are talking to each other properly. The main things that will be imported are:

How Does The Data Sync?
Once set up, you will have a new section called Bright Park Sync in Prophet. You can run this sync as often as you like, just like checking online activity. The sync usually takes less than a minute.
An automatic sync will be available soon, which will effectively mean that both systems are always "live".
