What does it do?

Online check-in lets guests provide information to help prepare for their arrival and speed up check-in at the park. It doesn't replace the friendly face of Reception, but it does make the process a whole lot faster and more efficient!

During online check-in, in advance of arrival, guests can provide or update the following information, which is also synced with Prophet. Now you're in the know before the guest arrives!

• Arrival ETA or check-in time slot
• Party totals split by age range
• Vehicle registrations
• Linen requirements
• Mobile number for text messaging
