Online check-in lets guests provide information to help prepare for their arrival and speed up check-in at the park. It doesn't replace the friendly face of Reception, but it does make the process a whole lot faster and more efficient!
During online check-in, in advance of arrival, guests can provide or update the following information, which is also synced with Prophet. Now you're in the know before the guest arrives!
Online check-in is designed to reduce the admin required upon arrival. But the information collected is used throughout Bright Park to make everyone's lives easier!
Whatever your operational needs, Bright Park is designed for complete flexibility. You have total control over when online check-in opens/closes and the arrival times available. All of the wording and information shown to guests can be customised, too.
Bright Park modules are available in any combination, so you only pay for what you need.
Bright Park is a subscription-based service. Some modules require a subscription to others for full feature access. SMS requires pay-as-you-go credit purchase.
